About our delivery service.
Most of orders are despatched by first class post, although larger and heavy items may be despatched by courier. We endeavour to despatch all items the next working day, however you should always allow 7 working days for delivery when placing an order. (Your credit card will not be charged until the order is despatched).
If you require an item urgently please contact us before placing your order and we will normally be able to help.
We do not currently deliver outside of the UK. If you wish to order from outside the UK please contact us. Please note we cannot deliver to a PO Box.

We make a charge for postage and packing based on the value. Rates are given below:

Refunds & Exchanges
All goods are covered by our 14 Day exhange or refund policy but please contact us with the original Order Number before returning any item. (For full details see Terms & Conditions).
